This is a friends birthday card for thursday I hope he likes it .The background is a brayered image and then overstamped with with a cottage ,I have taken some ink off with water

to make the roof tops white and the path ,its been a lot like that with the snow around lately.

Well I never was any good at diaries so I didn't think I could keep up with a blog .I have lots of cards to show ,so I will just upload a few of these now and again .

New post but no pics ,I am not near my files and folders.

Still not to fit ,butI am getting there.

ENCAUSTIC ART

how about some encaustic art ,this fascinates me and this year I will do a lot more of it.

Have to put a post on at least once a week!

Its a bit like a new years resolution starting a blog,easily forgotten !

and all the hundreds of cards I have made I need to put at least one each time I post !

I am still nusing the bug ! I am told it will be 3 weeks.

This is a great man's card and good to do ,the clarity card scored and then brayered ,then stamp the image last .

Well what a way to start the new year I feel so ill with this cold that seems to be going round ,will post a card from my album,can't be bothered to make one .
